What makes parking joints demanding
Every vehicle wheel hammers the joint, and any leak drips onto the level (or cars) below. So a deck joint must carry highway-class load, resist fuel and UV, and stay watertight through years of traffic and movement. Exposed rooftop decks add ice, snow and thermal cycling.
